The Mississippi State University’s unmanned aircraft systems drone is displayed next to the Air Force’s Remotely Piloted MQ-9 Reaper during the 2018 Wings Over Columbus Air and Space Show April 21, 2018, at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. MSU’s UAS program is the Federal Aviation Administration’s Center of Excellence for unmanned aircraft systems.
