Feb. 28, 2019 McGinnis named 2018 Air Force Emergency Manager of the Year Master Sgt. Kevin McGinnis, 14th Civil Engineer Squadron Readiness and Emergency Management Flight superintendent, was recently awarded the 2018 Air Force Emergency Manager of the Year in the military category.
