A team of Defense Department contractors enter the unaccompanied officer dormitories Aug. 30, 2017, on Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The team conducted an assessment of Columbus AFB as part of the Smart Fueling Initiative, in which Columbus AFB is one of four bases participating in the initiative.
