A-29 Super Tucano

Chad Franks, 23rd Wing Commander after the arrival of the first A-29 Super Tucano Sept. 26 at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The A-29 training unit at Moody is currently Detachment 1 of the 14th Operations Group, 14th Flying Training Wing headquartered at Columbus AFB, Miss. The Afghan A-29 Light Air Support training mission will begin at Moody in February 2015.
