Open House kicks off Fire Prevention Week
Kayleen and Aleah, daughter and wife (respectively) of Senior Airman Thomas Ramirez, 14th Comptroller Squadron, look on as fire trucks blared their way through Hunt Family Housing Oct. 4 for the Fire Prevention Week Parade and Open House. This year’s theme for Fire Prevention Week was working smoke alarms save lives. The Fire Department held numerous events and activities to teach children and adults how to be safe in emergency situations and to demonstrate the Fire Department’s capabilities.
