Master Sgt. Shawn Andrews, 14th Operations Group First Sergeant, explains Operation WarmHeart to a DynCorp employee while pumping gas bought by the First Sergeants Council on July 26. The First Sergeants Council hung out by the Gas Pumps outside of the Shoppette and surprised numerous individuals by offering to pay for a portion of their gas.
