The 16 graduates of the First Sergeants Symposium Graduation pose for a photo after receiving their graduation certificates Aug. 15 at the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The graduates went through a week-long training Aug. 12-15 which gave them the tools to perform the role of a First Sergeant if called upon. The course was instructed by the First Sergeant Council and went over topics such as the Uniform Code of Military Justice, inspections, searches, and taking care of Airmen.
