Todd Burgess, a maintenance technician from the Hunt Communities housing office, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15. The retired master sergeant and AC-130 gunner was awarded numerous decorations including the Vietnam Service medal with three Service Stars, Distinguished Flying Cross with two Oak Leaf Clusters and the Air Medal with six Oak Leaf Clusters.
