Col. Jim Sears, 14th Flying Training Wing Commander, announced Jan. 16 at the Base Community Council Luncheon that Columbus Air Force Base was one of 14 active duty bases to be selected for the Thunderbirds to visit. The Columbus AFB Open House and Air Show will be held April 5-6 and will feature the United States Air Force Thunderbirds.
