Col. Scott Vaughn, 14th Mission Support Group Commander, cuts the ribbon signaling the end of the kitchen renovations project in the Youth Center Jan. 16. The kitchen, which serves 25-60 meals a day, started renovations back in Oct. 2013. It was last renovated in 1995.
