Airman 1st Class Charmaine Berryhill, 14th Force Support Squadron, is the base retirements, separations, reenlistments and extensions representative, the 14th FSS Booster Club secretary, and a 14th Flying Training Wing Honor Guardsmen. She has meticulously managed her four programs. She managed 14 reenlistments/extensions, updated five deployed reenlistments and extensions with zero processing discrepancies and cutting processing time from 30 to seven days. Berryhill cleared all Defense Joint Military Pay System rejects and decreased pay errors by 100 percent. Her dedication to Honor Guard has resulted in 24 hours of training and three details honoring heroes. Berryhill has also spearheaded in-house training ensuring all nine members were qualified in all MPS functions resulting in airmen being upgraded 30 days ahead of schedule. Berryhill’s involvement at all levels of Columbus Air Force Base shows that she earned this month’s Top 3 Spotlight Award.
