U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt.’s Matthew Corey and Ryan Luersen, 14th Student Squadron, use their Air Force issued tablet computer in the 50th Flying Training Squadron to study and prepare for class Feb. 6, 2014. Corey and Luersen are members of class 14-12 which is the first group of students in Air and Education Training Command to integrate tablets into training. Columbus AFB is the Beta test location for the application of commercial mobile devices into Air Force Training. The Beta test period will end in July when Class 14-12 graduates.
