37th FTS

A statue of the 37th Flying Training Squadron’s Bengal Tiger mascot is displayed just outside their doors at Columbus Air Force Base, Miss., April 16, 2014. Before arriving at the 37 FTS, pilots must train through Initial Flight Screening program where they learn the basic principles of flying, although they still have very little actual flight experience by the time they arrive.
