IP races to the top
First Lt. Benjamin Payne, 41st Flying Training Squadron Chennault Flight Instructor Pilot, qualified to race as part of the US Armed Forces team at the 53rd World Military Cross Country Championships in Thun, Switzerland. Payne finished the 12K race in 70th place of 119 finishers with a time of 39:20. The US team finished No. 8 of 15 and Lt Payne was No. 6 among the US team. (Courtesy photo)
