Donation brings new books
Columbus AFB recognized its recent collaboration with Stark Aerospace Friday at the base library. David Eudy, CEO of Stark Aerospace, was on hand as 14th Flying Training Wing commander, Col. Dave Gerber, dedicated an aerospace section at the CAFB library. Utilizing a $6,000 Stark Aerospace grant received at the organizations September 2007 ribbon cutting, the base purchased over 80 books dealing with the aerospace field. The books will be used for the education of base personnel on subjects related to aerospace technology. Stark Aerospace is a U.S. aerospace defense company which manufactures unmanned aerial systems for U.S. military needs. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman Josh Harbin)
