COLUMBUS AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. - General Paul V. Hester, commander Pacific Air Forces, congratulates Japan Air Self Defense Force 1st Lt Masakazu Kamimura, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan, after receiving his USAF silver wings.
