14th Flying Training Wing Commander Col. Barre Seguin is joined by Lynn Robinson, J. Carlos Rosales and Bob Taylor whom he recognized as the 2012 Wing Award recipients at a dinner Saturday night. The award recognizes outstanding members of the local community who have done great work with the base over an extended period of time.
