The 16 graduates of the First Sergeants Symposium Graduation pose for a photo after receiving their graduation certificates Aug. 15 at the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The graduates went through a week-long training Aug. 12-15 which gave them the tools to perform the role of a First Sergeant if called upon.
