Members of the 14th Civil Engineer Squadron, 14th Security Forces Squadron and the 14th Medical Group traveled to the Mississippi University for Women Sept. 4 to assist in a campus emergency exercise. At exactly 8:22 p.m. two flash-bangs shook the campus and sent student actors(complete with gory makeup done by the 14th MDG) tumbling to the ground. The Columbus Air Force Base Firefighters assisted with the “casualties” while the 14th Security Forces Squadron and the military working dogs cleared the buildings for explosives.
