Changes to Tuition Assistance Policy Published Dec. 3, 2014 Education Center COLUMBUS AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. -- The Education Center is experiencing some high impact issues with students regarding the Tuition Assistance policy. Students must apply for TA at least 7 days prior to term start date (not class start date) and not earlier than 45 days prior to term start date. The Education Center no longer has the over-ride capabilities they once had and are held to this policy. The Air Force has granted a temporary exception for October 2014 terms only. As long as the term has not started, the Education Office can assist students provided they contact Mr. Brooks first at the Education Center.
