The Military Personnel Flight received special recognition Nov. 25 for earning the No. 1 ranking for Personnel Action Reports at the Air Force level in Fiscal 2014.

The Personnel Action Report enables Air Force Personnel Center leadership the opportunity to provide feedback regarding critical, high-value and special interest item processes to Force Support Squadron Commanders/Directors across the A1 community. The PAR also provides a thumbnail sketch of how a specific FSS compares to the rest of the FSS's across the Air Force and allows them to analyze data over time and identify the FSSs with excellent track records for process benchmarking.

"I'm extremely proud of the hard work that the Military Personnel Flight put in to being No. 1 on the PAR," said Master Sgt. Shannon Goodwin, 14th Force Support Squadron Superintendent. "It takes dedication, determination and commitment to the job to get there."

The PAR currently contains six critical or high value processes. Each process is broken down by large and small FSSs (IAW with the A1 Recognition Program). Each base and major command is ranked based on a point system. MAJCOMs will receive points on the same point scale for the combined performance of all of their individual FSSs.

Areas that were scored included form discrepancies, evaluation timeliness, evaluation error rates and Permanent Change of Station error rates.
