The commander of the 14th Flying Training Wing kept his promise to keep dialog open to Team BLAZE by speaking to the base's enlisted Airmen and civilians throughout the day on May 23 at Kaye Auditorium.

During the calls Col. Barre Seguin and Command Chief Master Sgt. Zefrem Smith, 14th FTW command chief, discussed old business brought up by each tier of Team BLAZE members and conversed with them on new business.

Building Leaders, Advancing integrity, Service before Self, and Excellence in all we do, better known as BLAZE by 14th FTW personnel, was talked about throughout each call. Colonel Seguin asked Airmen to talk about how Back-2-BLAZE resonates with them and suggestions on how it might better connect with them.

Chief Smith answered the questions from previous calls specific to each group of attendees and notified each of important information.

A visit by Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Jeffry D. Helm, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding General, Army and Air Force Exchange Service, is planned for June 15-16 said Chief Smith. He told Airman to be aware of more information for them on the visit, suggesting the possibility of an opportunity for a meeting concerning Exchanges on bases like Columbus AFB.
