At Columbus Air Force Base, no one has been tested for COVID-19 and no base lockdown actions have been initiated.

We are following risk-based measures consistent with guidance from the Department of Defense and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and encouraging personnel to follow force health protection guidelines in order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

We have contingency plans in place and are taking steps to educate and safeguard our military and civilian personnel, family members and base communities in preventing wide spread outbreak.
