Col. Jesper R. Stubbendorff is Chief of the Current Operations Division at Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, JBSA-Randolph, San Antonio, TX. He is responsible for overseeing operational readiness, aircrew performance, airfield and weather operations, force presentation and generation, and plans and programs for Air Education and Training Command.
Colonel Stubbendorff received his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in May 2003 with degrees in Operations Research and Economics and earned his pilot wings at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi in 2005. He is a command pilot with over 4,900 flying hours in tanker and trainer aircraft including nine deployments and 1,400 combat hours in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM and INHERENT RESOLVE. Colonel Stubbendorff is a member of the Air Force Language Enabled Airmen Program (LEAP) in Russian and Swedish. Prior to his current position, Col Stubbendorff was the Chief of the MAF/SOF/PR Graduate Training Division, 19th Air Force, JBSA-Randolph, Texas.
