Lieutenant Col. Mike Gibbons, 43rd Flying Training Squadron commander, surpassed the 3,000 hour mark in the T-38 trainer Feb. 8. Flying with Colonel Gibbons was Maj. David Grizzard, who has 2,790 T-38 hours, Lt. Col. Mark DeGrange, who has 2,570 T-38 hours, and Maj. Mark Heatherly, who has 2,250 T-38 hours.
